Q2: Home prices in Hinckley increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2022 in Hinckley rose by $52,250 while total sales decreased by 42.9 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $285,000 - a 22.4 percent increase over the $232,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Hinckley in the second quarter of 2021.
