Median home prices in Kirkland fell to $189,900 in the first half of 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Kirkland fell by $32,600 while total sales decreased by 86.4 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $189,900 - a 14.7 percent decrease from the $222,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Kirkland in the first half of 2021.

The median sales tax in Kirkland for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $4,363, approximately 2.3 percent of the median home sale price for the first half of 2022.
