First half of 2022: Genoa experienced a 2.9% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2022 in Genoa fell by $5,500 while total sales decreased by 58.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $187,000 - a 2.9 percent decrease from the $192,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Genoa in the first half of 2021.
