The Northern Illinois University softball team has released its 2022 fall ball schedule. The Huskies will host six different opponents spanning four days to prepare for a full slate of action in the spring. All competitions will take place at Mary M. Bell Field on NIU's campus and are free and open to the public.
The Huskies will kick things off with a doubleheader on Friday, Sept. 23 when they host Rock Valley College at 3:30 p.m. and DePaul at/around 5:45 p.m.
The following day, NIU will take on Rock Valley College once more at 11 a.m. before facing Loyola Chicago at 3:30 p.m.
The weekend's action will conclude Sunday with a doubleheader versus Bradley. First pitch of game one is set for noon.
NIU will conclude fall ball with one more doubleheader on Sunday, Oct. 9 - the Huskies will square off against Danville Area CC at 2 p.m. and Saint Xavier at 6:30 p.m.. The full fall ball schedule can be seen below.
