Sycamore home prices rose in Q3

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2022 in Sycamore rose by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 62.7 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $225,000 - a 4.7 percent increase over the $215,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 83 homes sold in Sycamore in the third quarter of 2021.
