Kirkland median home prices rose by 16.6% in Q3

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2022 in Kirkland rose by $30,750 while total sales decreased by 69.2 percent, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,750 - a 16.6 percent increase over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Kirkland in the third quarter of 2021.
