Veterans Day is a United States federal holiday that honors all military veterans who have served in the U.S. military and is observed annually on November 11. The Day coincides with Remembrance Day and Armistice Day which marks the anniversary of the end of World War I (ended November 11th). Many communities host ceremonies on the 11th month, 11th day, 11th hour, and 11th minute to honor all those who died in World War I and future conflicts.
