The DHS Weld teams competed in the district level welding contest. The advanced team of Matthew Beckmann (2nd overall) and Issac Garrison (4th overall) took 2nd place. The beginner team of Owen Long (2nd overall) and Cord Akey (1st overall) placed 1st place. Both advance to state!
