City of Sandwich Finance Committee met Nov. 7.
Here are the minutes provided by the committee:
Chairwoman Johnson called the meeting to order at 6:33 PM.
Roll call was taken:
Present: Alderwoman Rebecca Johnson, Alderwoman Cara Killey & Alderman Fred Kreinbrink
Also present: Jeff Penman, Mrs. Green
Review of Semi-Monthly Bills: Alderwoman Johnson fixed total owed to Rick Morphey for inspections. Open Door Parkway paving was approved. Advance Internet Development is pending.
Old Business: Alderwoman Killey gave update on Mike Harris P.O and grant funds.
New Business: :Alderwoman Killey made motion to approve Finance Committee minutes from October 3rd & October 17th, 2022. Seconded by Alderman Kreinbrink. Motion passed with voice vote. Discussion to approve and pay g-works invoice after request to have it be added to this week’s payroll was denied. G-works invoice will be added to next weeks accounts payable.

Finance Meeting Motion to send monthly bills to the city council for payment: Motion made by Alderman Kreinbrink. seconded by Alderwoman Killey, Motion passed.
Adjournment: There being no further business to come before the Committee, motion made by Alderwoman Killey, and seconded by Alderman Kreinbrink, to adjourn at 7:00 PM. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote.
