RESIDENTIAL & NON-RESIDENTIAL GET PENALTIES DEDUCTED AND AVOID SHUT-OFFS FOR DELINQUENT AMOUNTS OWED BY PAYING YOUR WATER BILL IN FULL OR SETTING UP A PAYMENT PLAN DURING THE 75-DAY AMNESTY PROGRAM PERIOD. PAYMENT PLANS MUST BE SET UP AT THE CITY OF SANDWICH AND PAID BY AUTO-DEBIT (BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD OR BANK SAVINGS/CHECKING ACCOUNT). Accounts MUST be paid in full by Monday, April 3rd, 2023 PAY IN FULL Deduct Penalty Amount and Pay Online, Mail Check or Pay at: City of Sandwich 144 E. Railroad Street Sandwich, IL 60548 Accuracy of penalty deductions will be verified by City Clerk & staff On March 1st, 2023, any resident with an outstanding debt who is not enrolled in the Amnesty Program will receive a 24-hour shutoff notice, and water services will be discontinued on March 2nd.
