Join us for Gather Women's Group's annual Kickoff Luncheon featuring keynote speaker Kathy Johnson, Workforce Development Manager at Mortenson. Do you suffer from imposter syndrome and wonder how to overcome it? Get inspired by Kathy's career journey and learn how her workforce efforts on women in the construction industry can be used in your own organization. Registration required. Kathy Johnson is a human services professional with 20+ years of experience in criminal justice, education, nonprofits, and workforce development. She is currently the Workforce Development Manager for Mortenson and is responsible for coordinating a construction workforce training program on behalf of Meta. Kathy's passion for youths to adults who lack resources to be self-sustaining in our communities drives her successful development of programs, partnerships, and supervision of staff.
