DeKalb County Board Committee of the Whole met April 5.

The Committee of the Whole of the DeKalb County Board met in Sycamore, Illinois on Wednesday, April 5, 2023. Chair Suzanne Willis called the meeting to order at 7:00pm. Those Members present were Tim Bagby, Scott Campbell, Mary Cozad, Rukisha Crawford, Patrick Deutsch, John Frieders, Benjamin Haier, Rhonda Henke, Kathy Lampkins, Terri Mann-Lamb, Stewart Ogilvie, Jerry Osland, Roy Plote, and Ellingsworth Webb. A quorum was established with fifteen Members present, eight absent, and one vacancy.
Others present included Brian Gregory, and Liam Sullivan.
APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
Mann-Lamb moved to approve the agenda as presented. Crawford seconded the motion and
it was carried unanimously.

CHAIRS COMMENTS
Chair Willis thanked the County Staff for taking the time to prepare Finance 101.
PRESENTATIONS/DISCUSSIONS
Finance 101
Mr. Gregory presented Finance 101, a reference guide designed promulgate information and examples of the basic financial operations of the County.
ADJOURNMENT
Webb moved to adjourn the meeting. Cozad seconded the motion and it was carried unanimously.
