CALL BOARD MEETING TO ORDER: Meeting was called to order by Interim Village President Quirk at 7:38 PM. Roll call was taken showing the following:
Present: Trustees Sarah Quirk, Jennifer Klambauer, Russell Kula, Steve Gayhart, Alyssa Prickett, and Mike Constant. Quorum Established.
Absent: None.
Also Present: Village Clerk Losiniecki, Village Attorney Tait Lundgren, Brandon Kramer (EEI) and Members of the Public.

None.
GENERAL BUSINESS
Approval of Committee of the Whole meeting minutes from 12/26/23
Trustee Constant moved to approve the minutes from December 26, 2023 and Trustee Prickett seconded the motion. Roll call vote: Quirk-Aye, Klambauer-Aye, Kula-Aye, Gayhart-Aye, Prickett-Aye, and Constant-Aye. Motion carried.

Public Safety
Alyssa Prickett stated that she is continuing to look for solutions to the request for a .gov email account.

Buildings, Grounds & Parks
No report. Losiniecki asked regarding a cell phone for the parks program. Prickett stated that she would place an order with the service provider. Quirk asked for an inventory list of the issued cell phones and laptops.

OPEN DISCUSSION
Quirk stated that she has a meeting with the Hinckley Business Association in the morning and she’ll be attending their meeting at the end of the month.

ADJOURMENT
Trustee Klambauer moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:45 PM and Trustee Gayhart seconded the motion. Voice vote: all in favor. Motion carried. The next Committee of the Whole Meeting is scheduled for January 22, 2024, immediately following the Regular Board Meeting.
