On Friday, February 9, former Lyons Township High School standout Tess Meyer’s current college team, the Northern Illinois Huskies, won 8-6 in their NCAA Division I game against the Western Illinois Leathernecks.

The game took place in Cedar Falls, Iowa. This was their first matchup against the Western Illinois Leathernecks this season.

The Huskies’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, February 10 at 3:30 p.m. in Cedar Falls, Iowa against Omaha Mavericks.
