a. Approval of March, 2024 Invoices totaling $258,931.44

b. Discussion and possible approval of staff recommendation to extend existing Sludge hauling agreement with Stewart Spreading of Sheridan, Illinois. Executive Session for personnel under 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1); and for collective bargaining under 5 ILCS 120/2(c); Land Acquisition under 5 ILCS 120/2(c)5 and Litigation under 5ILCS120/2 (c)11. Possible action to be taken.
