DeKalb County Rehab & Nursing Center Oversight Board met July 23.

Any member of the public may address the Oversight Board for up to 3 minutes on any topic of their choosing. There will be no yielding of time to other members of the public and agenda time for public comments is limited to 30 minutes in total.

b. Approval of Appointments to the Ad Hoc Advisory Committee
On June 25th, under the authority of their Bylaws, the Oversight Board approved the creation of an Ad Hoc Committee to focus on the Revenues & Finances of the DCRNC. The Committee shall operate under the authority and Bylaws of the Oversight Board and is to be composed of three members of the Oversight Board and two members of the public for a total of five members. Per the Bylaws, the Committee shall only act in an advisory capacity due to its composition including members of the public.
The Bylaws of the Oversight Board grant the Chair the authority to appoint Committee Members and designate the Chair of the Committee. The Chair has recommended the following individuals for appointment to the Committee and asked that the Oversight Board provide input and take action on the appointment of individuals to these positions:
