Village of Hinckley Board of Trustees met July 8.
Here are the minutes provided by the board:
CALL BOARD MEETING TO ORDER: Meeting was called to order by Attorney Tait Lundgren at 6:45 PM. Roll call was taken showing the following:
Present: Trustees Steve Gayhart, Alyssa Prickett, Jennifer Klambauer, Russell Kula, and Mike Constant. Quorum Established.
Absent: Sarah Quirk.
Also Present: Attorney Tait Lundgren, Treasurer Dave Maroo, Police Chief Ken Gettemy, Engineer Brandon Kramer, Dale Youngers, and Members of the Public.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: The pledge to the flag was recited.
OPEN HEARING FOR THE APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE FOR FY 2025
Trustee Constant opened the public hearing and asked for public comment.
There were no comments from the public or Village staff.
CLOSE PUBLIC HEARING
Trustee Constant moved to adjourn the public hearing at 6:47 pm and Trustee Prickett seconded the motion. Voice vote: All in favor. Motion carried.
