a. Resolution R2025-018—A Resolution Approving and Authorizing an Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement Between the City of Sandwich and County of DeKalb Concerning Zoning and Building Regulations for Property Located at 21 Gletty Road, Sandwich, Illinois 60548
Resolution R2025-018 authorizes the execution of the Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement between the City of Sandwich and the County DeKalb Concerning Zoning and Building Regulations for Property Located at 21 Gletty Road, Sandwich, Illinois 60548. Under this agreement, the zoning and building regulations of the City of Sandwich shall apply and be in authority and force for the subject property.
7. Nomination of County Board Member at Large to be appointed to Serve on the DCRNC Oversight Board.
On December 13th, 2023, the County Board established an Oversight Board for the DCRNC. The membership structure of the Oversight Board includes a member of the Health & Human Services Committee, a member of the Finance & Administration Committee, a County Board member at large, a member of the DCRNC Resident Council and five members of the public with expertise in the fields of long-term care, finance, or law.
The Executive Committee is being asked to nominate a member of the County Board to be appointed to serve on the DCRNC Oversight Board. The Committee’s nomination for appointment will be considered by the County Board at their February 19th meeting.

• County Board Member at Large appointed for a two-year term beginning January 1, 2025 and expiring December 31, 2026.

• Kimberly Volk appointed to fill a four-year term beginning January 1, 2022 and expiring December 31, 2025.
• April Chmara appointed to fill a four-year term beginning January 1, 2023 and expiring December 31, 2026.
• Kate McCabe appointed to fill a four-year term beginning January 1, 2023 and expiring December 31, 2026.
