Any member of the public may address the Commission for up to 3 minutes on any topic of their choosing. There will be no yielding of time to other members of the public and agenda time for public comments is limited to 30 minutes in total.
5. Action Items
a. Approval of Courthouse Window Replacement Project.
The Facilities Management Office held a bid opening on February 26th for the replacement of 62 windows on the DeKalb County Courthouse. One Bid was received. The sole bid was place by Weaver Construction, inc. in the amount of $261,990.00. The budget for the project is $220,000.
b. Approval of Payment of Claims for February 2025 in the Amount of $29,000.00.
