5. ORDINANCES

a. Ordinance O2025-04— An ordinance approving a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone a 4-acre property located at 18919 Pritchard Road in Cortland Township from A-1, Agricultural District to PD-C, Planned Development - Commercial District.

BMAC Properties has filed a petition to rezone the 4-acre property located at 18919 Pritchard Road from A-1, Agricultural District to PD-C, Planned Development - Commercial District to allow for the establishment and operation of a construction company. The required public hearing for the Map Amendment was conducted by Hearing Officer Dale Clark on March 6, 2025. Mr. Clark has made his findings of fact and recommended that the Map Amendment be granted with conditions. (Petition CO-25-02)
