B. Consideration of a Request by Chuck Shepard, on Behalf of Old Rich Point, LLC, for Review and Approval of a Preliminary Development Plan and Plat in accordance with Section 4.4.5.C of the City’s Unified Development Ordinance for the property located at 2110 Coltonville Road (PIN 08-01-276-006) in Sycamore, Illinois.
C. Consideration of a Request by Chuck Shepard, on Behalf of Old Rich Point, LLC, for a change of zoning of the property located at 2110 Coltonville Road (PIN 08-01-276-006) from R-1, Single-Family District to C-3, Highway Business District.
