Rep. Keicher called for action to address Illinois’ failing record on protecting human trafficking victims and presented legislation, House Bill 5465, to address the problem. The House Republican Caucus has also proposed a package of legislation to address this horrific problem and started a petition drive to encourage residents to get engaged on addressing the issue.
