City of DeKalb issued the following announcement on Aug. 21.
On September 1, 2018, Lakeshore Recycling Systems (LRS) becomes the City’s waste hauler for garbage, recyclables, and yard waste. As we prepare for this transition, the City would like to provide a brief overview of upcoming dates and information.
