Rising home prices are keeping pace with wage growth in DeKalb County, according to an analysis of 432 counties nationwide by ATTOM Data Solutions in the second quarter.
Wages rose 2.8 percent in DeKalb County since last year. During the same period, median home prices in the county rose 2.8 percent.
Six counties in Illinois saw median home prices outpace wages, while eight other Illinois counties saw wages outpace median home prices.
