Review Of Project Selection Criteria

With The Implementation Of Federal Performance Measures PM1 (Safety Goals), PM2 (Pavement And Bridge PM Goals), And PM3 (Performance Of The NHS, Freight, And CMAQ Measures), Staff And Members Should Review The Current Project Selection Scoring Criteria To Identify How The PM1, PM2, And PM3 Goals Can Be Integrated Into The Scoring Criteria.

Review Of Existing And Proposed STU Projects

Existing And Proposed Projects Seeking STU Funding For SFY 2020 – 2024 Will Be Present To Members For Review And Comments. Should There Be No New Projects For Consideration, Members Could Choose To Approve The Existing Projects Based On Last Years Scores. Should New Projects Be Added, Or Members Wish To Review And Rescore The Existing Projects, Staff Would Request Another Meeting Be Scheduled Prior To The November TAC And PC Meetings To Score And Approve SFY 2020-2024 Projects. 

ACTION: Recommend Approval Of The Existing Approved SFY 2019- 2023 STU Funded Projects Be Resubmitted For The SFY 2020-2024 List Of STU Funded Projects To IDOT.

Next Scheduled PSC Meeting 

Should Members Choose To Meet Again To Score And Select Projects To Be Funded With STU Funds In SFY 2020-2024, Staff Requests Members Select A Meeting Date For A PSC Meeting Prior To The TAC Meeting On November 7, 2018.
