Approval of October Semi-Monthly Bills in the total amount of $ 98,291.13

Mayor Olson:

(1) Appointment of Shane Surratt as Ward 3 Alderman until April 30, 2019

(2) Appointment of Rick Flowers to Sandwich Police Pension Board

(3) Resolution 18-09 “Resolution Designating Trick or Treat Hours”. Motion to adopt Halloween hours for October 31, 2018 from 4-7 PM.

(4) Executive Session under 2(c)(1) for personnel

(5) Reminder – 5th Monday, No meeting on October 29th

City Clerk: Update on Lauterbach & Associates on City’s accounting

City Treasurer:

Director of Public Works Engineer Horak:

(1) Brush Pickup: Final pickup for Ward 4 in 2018

(2) Hydrant Flushing: Begins Monday, October 22nd and lasts through Friday, October 26th

(3) Zoning Board of Appeals regular meeting of Tuesday, October 23, 2018 has been cancelled.

(4) Leaf Vacuuming: Begins in Ward 1 on Monday, October 29th

(5) 2018 Planning Priorities Report: The Report is being reviewed by staff and is planned to be completed by the end of the year.
