City Of Sandwich Police Department issued the following announcement on Nov. 7.
Sandwich Officers arrested 22 year old Charles Shoffner of the 300 block of west Crofoot, Sandwich after a Domestic Disturbance at his residence.
Shoffner was charged with Domestic Battery, Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Damage to Property, City Ordinance for Possession of Cannabis and City Ordinance for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
He was transported to the Dekalb County jail after booking.
