Waterman United Methodist Church issued the following announcement on March 1.
Ash Wednesday (Mar. 6) Service at 7pm
March 6 will be Ash Wednesday and we will have Ash Wednesday service at 7pm at our neighbor Presbyterian Church.
We will sing together, pray together, and receive the imposition of ashes together, reminding of our mortality and sin, and God's pardoning love for each one of us.
Pastor Paul will be standing in front of the post office from 10am till noon giving ashes imposition.
