Democratic Paul Stoddard's election campaign committee, Citizens For Stoddard, spent $1,617 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Stoddard's committee spent the most on hall rental for raising funds in the quarter, with 69.7% of this total ($495) going to O'Leary's Ale House in Dekalb. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Stoddard's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
