Genoa home prices fall in the second quarter of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2017 in Genoa fell by $9,965 while total sales remained unchanged with five homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $82,490 - a 10.8% decrease over the $92,455 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Genoa in the second quarter of 2016, as well.
