DeKalb home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in DeKalb rose by $23,900 while total sales decreased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $104,900 - a 29.5% increase over the $81,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in DeKalb in the third quarter of 2017.
