Sandwich (DeKalb County) home prices rise in the first half of 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2017 in Sandwich in DeKalb County rose by $37,944 while total sales decreased by 41.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $107,894 - a 54.2% increase over the $69,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Sandwich in the first half of 2016.
