Malta home prices rise in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in Malta rose by $250 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $78,912 - a 0.3% increase over the $78,662 median sale price for the previous year. There were four homes sold in Malta in 2016, as well.
