DeKalb home prices fall in 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in 2017 in DeKalb fell by $5,340 while total sales decreased by 29.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2017, there were 52 homes sold, with a median sale price of $78,107 - a 6.4% decrease over the $83,447 median sale price for the previous year. There were 74 homes sold in DeKalb in 2016.
