Sandwich (DeKalb County) home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Sandwich in DeKalb County rose by $53,742 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $131,242 - a 69.3% increase over the $77,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Sandwich in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Sandwich for 2017 was $4,274. In 2016, the median sales tax was $4,228. This marks an increase of 1.1%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 3.3%.
