DeKalb home prices rise in June 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2017 in DeKalb rose by $28,720 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $83,495 - a 52.4% increase over the $54,775 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in DeKalb in June 2016, as well.
