Genoa home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Genoa rose by $15,400 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,300 - a 13.2% increase over the $116,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Genoa in October 2016, as well.
