Genoa home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Genoa rose by $22,570 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $123,189 - a 22.4% increase over the $100,619 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Genoa in November 2016.
