DeKalb home prices fall in December 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2017 in DeKalb fell by $15,600 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $84,000 - a 15.7% decrease over the $99,600 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in DeKalb in December 2016.
