DeKalb home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in DeKalb rose by $4,150 while total sales remained unchanged with 34 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 34 homes sold, with a median sale price of $139,500 - a 3.1% increase over the $135,350 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in DeKalb in November 2017, as well.
