There was one offender released on parole during the first quarter living near Illinois zip code 60530, according to Illinois Department of Corrections data obtained by DeKalb Times.

The data shows that the man was released in the Big Muddy River zip code. The 40-year-old parolee wasn't a veteran.

He was sentenced to 1 year in prison for a crime against justice in 2018 when he was 39 years old.
