      a. Ordinance FP-O2019-01: PDF Adoption of the Property Tax Levy for FY 2020. The DeKalb County Forest Preserve District Commissioners hereby approves to levy upon all the taxable property within DeKalb County, as assessed, for the calendar year beginning January 1, 2019 and ending December 31, 2019, and to be collected for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2020 and ending December 31, 2020, in the total amount of $1,647,000. Committee Action: Moved by Mr. Whelan, seconded by Mr. Porterfield and approved unanimously.

      b. Ordinance FP-O2019-02: PDF Annual Appropriation for FY 2020. The DeKalb County Forest Preserve District Commissioners hereby adopt the Forest Preserve District’s Annual Appropriation Ordinance for the fiscal year starting January 1, 2020 and ending December 31, 2020, in the total amount of $1,892,000. Committee Action: Moved by Mr. Whelan, seconded by Mr. Porterfield and approved unanimously.

      c. Resolution FP-R2019-04: PDF Approval of Afton South Prairie Wetland Project. The DeKalb County Forest Preserve District Commissioners do hereby award the lowest bid meeting specifications to Elliott & Wood Inc. of DeKalb, Illinois for the construction of the Afton South Prairie Wetland Bank in the total amount of $301,609.50. Committee Action: Moved by Ms. Little, seconded by Mr. Roman and approved unanimously.

      d. Claims to be Paid in November 2019: PDF Move to approve the payment of claims for this month, and the off-cycle claims paid during the previous month, including all claims for travel, meals, and lodging, in the amount of $228,275.36.
