University Of Northern Illinois issued the following announcement on Dec. 14.
Matt Baker, a Northern Illinois University College of Business freshman, has been making spirits bright in his Naperville neighborhood for the past eight years with his Manchester Court Light Show. The business management major says he likes to bring "a bit of magic" to the holidays.
