North Grove Elementary School recently issued the following announcement.
Supplemental food will be available for families of Center Grove students in need to pick up on Monday, March 16 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Sugar Grove Elementary, 4135 W. Smith Valley Road, Greenwood.
A drive-through pick-up will take place at the main entrance to the school. Families will be asked to share the name of the participating students. Food will be distributed in bags on a first-come, first-served basis. Food items in the bags may include (while supplies last): PBJ Uncrustables, yogurt, hummus, chips, pretzels, cheese sticks, and a breakfast entrée, along with fruit/juice and/or veggies as supplies permit.
All leftover food will be taken to the Impact Center at Mount Pleasant Christian Church, 381 N. Bluff Road, Greenwood.
