a. SPECIAL USE PERMIT - Nexamp has requested to modify 3 conditions of approval for Special Use Ordinance 2019-17, which allowed for the construction and operation of a solar garden on a property located on the south side of Wolf Road, approximately 2,800 feet east of Myelle Road, in Kingston Township
b. SPECIAL USE PERMIT - The Aurora Sportsmen’s Club (ASC) has filed a petition to amend the enforcing Special Use Permit to accommodate proposed changes to the gun club and recreational camp use approved on the 279.5-acre property located southwest of the Village of Waterman, along the north and south sides of Rueff Road, plus a 5-acre parcel located at 7858 Preserve Road, in unincorporated Clinton Township.
