1. PRESIDENT CALL MEETING TO ORDER: 7:00PM

2. Pledge of Allegiance.

3. Roll Call.

4. Agenda additions or corrections.

Trustee Lynch added the Sewer Agreement to New Business.

5. Omnibus Vote Agenda (All items on the Omnibus agenda will be enacted in one motion. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless one Board member so requests, in which event, the item will be removed and considered as the first item after approval of the Omnibus Agenda.)

8. OLD BUSINESS:

Property Maintenance ( Updates and Issues)

Permit Fees - Updating and consolidating the current fees to be in line with fees charged by B&F Construction Code Services.

Windhaven Subdivision Flooding

Rock River Energy - Energy supply contracts for the Village of Kingston's Street Lights and Pumping Stations.

Sensus software upgrade for the water meter reading equipment for the Village of Kingston.

Sewer Agreement - Renewal of the agreement between the Village of Kingston and the City of Genoa.

9. NEW BUSINESS:

Memorandum of Understanding between county, cities, towns, and villages in the County of DeKalb, State of Illinois.

Locis invoice number 42362, dated January 7, 2021, in the amount of $534.00 for Pressure Seal Utility Paper for the water bills for the Village of Kingston.

Carus invoice number SLS 10089218, dated January 5, 2021, in the amount of $570.00 for Bleach for the Public Works Department.

Krueger & Associates invoice number 21607, dated January 4, 2021, in the amount of $2088.19 for December 2020 accounting services.

10. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION:

Enter to move into Executive Session under Subsection 21 of Section 2(c) of the Open Meeting Act for the discussion of minutes lawfully closed under this Act, whether for purposes of approval by the body of the minutes or semi-annual review of the minutes as mandated by Section 2.06.
