APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Motion
Mr. Hughes moved to approve the agenda as presented and Ms. Crawford seconded the motion.
Roll Call Vote
President Frieders called for a roll call vote to approve the agenda as presented. Those Commissioners voting yea were Mr. Cummings, Mr. Deutsch, Mrs. Emmer, Mr. Faivre, Mr. Hughes, Ms. Jones, Mrs. Lampkins, Ms. Leifheit, Ms. Little, Mr. Luebke, Ms. Mann-Lamb, Mr. Mohammad, Mr. Plote, Mr. Roman, Ms. Slabon, Mr. West, Vice-President Willis, Mr. Bagby, Mr. Campbell, Ms. Cozad, Ms. Crawford, Mrs. Cribben, and President Frieders. All Commissioners present voted yea. Motion carried unanimously.

Mr. Bagby moved to approve the minutes of the April 21, 2021 Forest Preserve District Commissioners Meeting. Mr. Deutsch seconded the motion.

PUBLIC COMMENTS
Chief Civil Assistant State Attorney David Berault reminded the Commissioners that once the meetings are back in-person they will no longer have to do roll call votes on the items such as approving the agenda and minutes.
STANDING COMMITTEE REPORTS
Claims – May 2021
Motion
Mr. Roman moved to approve the payment of claims for this month, and the off-cycle claims paid during the previous month, including all claims for travel, meals, and lodging, in the amounts of $336,498.33. Mr. Mohammad seconded the motion.

President Frieders called for a roll call vote on the approval of the May Claims. Those Commissioners voting yea were Mr. Cummings, Mr. Deutsch, Mrs. Emmer, Mr. Faivre, Mr. Hughes, Ms. Jones, Mrs. Lampkins, Ms. Leifheit, Ms. Little, Mr. Luebke, Ms. Mann-Lamb, Mr. Mohammad, Mr. Plote, Mr. Roman, Ms. Slabon, Mr. West, Vice-President Willis, Mr. Bagby, Mr. Campbell, Ms. Cozad, Ms. Crawford, Mrs. Cribben, and President Frieders. Mr. Roman reminded the Forest Preserve Operations Committee that their meeting next week will be in-person at the Lions Shelter at Sycamore Forest Preserve.
