On Feb. 16, Kenneth and Christine Kooper purchased a home at 14815 Hiawatha Lane, Somonauk from Gudmunson David G. Trust # 102 (trustees), Gudmunson John L. Trust # 102 (trustees), Gudmunson David G. Trust # 101 (trustees) and Gudmunson John L. Trust # 101 (trustees) for $240,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $4,482.32, 1.87% of the sale price of the home.

This property is the only sale in Somonauk so far in February 2022 as of this publication.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 14815 Hiawatha Lane as of Oct. 10, 2020: Florence M. Gudmunson, 94, and Margaret E. Gudmunson, 51.
