c. Use Variance Request by Charles Jeffery Wood (son) and Susan Wood (mother), co trustees of the Susan H. Wood Trust, for a Use Variation for a vacant 20-acre parcel to allow for the construction of one single-family dwelling on a parcel in the A-1 District that is less than 40-acres in size located on the southeast corner of Ault and Maple Roads, In Kingston Township.
