Conduct the public hearing to consider a variance to Section 6-16-5:2.2 (Ground Signs) for the proposed ground sign at 1479 W Ogden Avenue (Porsche) - PZC 23-1-066
Adam Beaver, City of Naperville Planning Services Team, provided an
overview of the request.
Stefanie Day, Petitioner, presented the case.

The PZC closed the public hearing.
A motion was made by Commissioner McDaniel, seconded by Commissioner Castagnoli, to adopt the findings of fact as presented by the petitioner and approve PZC 23-1-066, granting approval of a variance from Section 6-16-5:2.2 to allow for the installation of a 20 foot tall ground sign for the property located at 1479 W Ogden Avenue (Napleton Porsche Service Center).
